Bangors

The ladder went up, up, up, up - four storeys to be exact. For this feat, a Bangor ladder is required. Weighing in at about 300 pounds, they have enough metal to stretch a long way up.

After learning how to raise them properly, we climbed them each carrying another ladder (for roofs) on a shoulder. I'm a monkey at heart, so ladders are eminently climbable.

To round out the day, there was also extension ladder work to perform - breaking glass, clearing sashes, and entering through windows. The day was truly up in the air.
