End of the season blues.

Unfortunately chest infections and football don't mix so it was with great regret that I missed out on the last game of our (admittedly disastrous) season this evening.

And so it was that my boots lay untouched on the kitchen floor as my teammates took to the field without me. Unsuccessfully as it turns out but two goals scored and only four conceded is a definite improvement on recent weeks.

Maybe I should stay away from the pitch more often!
