Leftovers

Omar is eating, but not very much. After a five-month sleep, one's stomach takes a little longer to wake up to full capacity. However, I am still providing temptations for her. The foods she leaves are munched on by other creatures of the garden, some of which aren't that pretty.

It was a lovely day today, really sunny. I noticed a bumblebee head into the hole on an upturned plant pot - perhaps I've created a bee home without really thinking about it? The guinea pigs stayed out all day and the new grass seems to be growing at last. It will be a while before the guinea pigs get their chops around those tender stems.
