Took the cute little False Creek Ferry to Granville Island today.
I'd read mixed reviews of the place, which seems to be an old industrial area revamped into a huge market as well as craft shops and other little surprises.

I've seen it labelled everything from 'over-hyped tourist trap' to 'Vancouver must-see' - personally i thought it was great.
The huge market selling amazing food from every conceivable corner of the globe was definitely heaving with just as many locals as tourists.

We had coffee and ate lemon meringue pie, which whilst blowing my mind after two solid years of Korean deserts, had a taste that both confused and disturbed the missus in equal measure.
