here we go, I knew it. It was only a matter of time before greed and skulduggery appeared.

Elsewhere, a Scottish politician a.k.a. a cooncillor everywhere else in the world, declared that they were much better at capital projects now, and the new Forth Crossing would cost less than previously budgeted. Aye right.....as we speak, a contract, not worth the paper it's laser printed on is being drawn up by fuckwits and we'll pay 50% more than budget....mark my words.

On a more positive note, I swore fewer times today than I did yesterday.
