A day of action in Leeds

Well my course has come and gone! Our 7.10 train from Barnsley was cancelled so we eventually got to Leeds at 8.30 which meant we arrived at the same time as many of the course members. Some fantastic teachers shared the day with us, though a few felt they didn't quite get what they needed. Our fieldwork activity ended up clashing with a day of industrial action by the University College Union who are in dispute over pensions and conditions of work (it's affecting all public sector workers in the UK). .

Not a day for good photographs as I had too much else on my mind and I was much too tired to blip last night - so here it is this morning
