Making Dinner

On the menu tonight was eel steaks, new potatoes, chantaney carrots and corguettes.

Apart from the eel being very bony (Child #1 was not impressed with the bones, but thought the meat was wonderful) it was lovely. Its great having a local fishmonger who gets these things for us to try!

I'm sorry that I am not doing very well with comments; my computer is in the mending shop. I want it back now, its awful not having it!!
