Had a real crap night's sleep last night and woke about 5.30 feeling really sickly. Got up....the pain gone from my foot..............but boy did I feel rough, and I had to take some more meds at about 8.

Weirdly, taking the pill settled everything down, and I've now had the second one of the day and feel fine so maybe it was something else last night.

Went for tomorrow's bait...... shot the breeze a bit........... filled out the Census form....funnily enough it has a question about general health on it, but "feel crap somedays" wasn't one of the options so settled for generally good.......watched England get absolutely battered at cricket.......watched England absolutely batter Wales at football.....took the S&H and YH round to the flat of a friend's daughter to view a sofa she wants to give away (free, gratis and for nothing) and they decided they love it so they're having it.........came home......sorted dinner (well went for a Chinese takeaway really)............sorted out the tackle for tomorrow's match...... and now just posting this...............................................................................................
sorry about that, the Boss has just shouted through that I've won the Lottery........no not all 6 numbers....nor 5 plus the bonus..........not even 5, ..........but 4!!!! Not sure how much yet.........but it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick!

Where did the day go? We lose an hour tonight as well, so it's an early night tonight after last night's tossing and turning.

A quick comment on some blips........CSI New York to watch and then that's me for the land of nod (whoever he is!)
