I took this photo with the lensbaby by pulling it out of the ground and throwing it on the coal bin outside the back door as I wanted to keep it still for the macro shot and in the garden it was moving in the wind too much. In the end I saw that the coal bin itself was pretty interesting and so the end result was quite different from the plan, and I wanted to include more bin than flower.
Interesting process of observation and changing the "plan" of the shoot time available. I think I could have done better but it is a matter of living life with 4 soon to be 5 teenagers in the house, all of them male, so photographing flowers does not equate to decent enough supervision of male testosterone.
