Familiar Faces

Mr Pickwick himself. I think he has long departed but this was originally his antique store I am told and his face has adorned this iconic building for many years. This quirky face will soon be no more as his building is so severely damaged that it is one of the few remaining walls. Maybe the paint is holding it together.
Took a few photos today in the inner city, outside the cordon, but this was one which did not look too depressing and also one which we may not have the opportunity to enjoy for much longer. The diggers are advancing at a rapid rate....
