Memories: Dried & Saved

Slow blip-day here. Class, coloring toys for a class project, and some homework before American Gladiators. Gladiators has become the thing I look forward to on Mondays. And this Sunday is the FINALS!! Go Alex and Monica! Anyway, back to homework now. *sigh* Someday, I'll actually finish my work. Wonder what I'll do with those five minutes.









The girl looked up. The sun was setting. She looked across the path and noticed that the homeless man was loping away. She watched him move slowly to a bench nearby and lay down on it. He slipped off his coat and laid it over himself with his trashbag under his head. The girl waited a minute or so until she was sure he was asleep. The ten dollars she carefully placed in his hand were quickly grasped in reflex and she stepped back from the bench.
