Top of the Rock

Today's the day ........................... to take the elevator

I can't walk another step?! We've spent the day in Manhattan, New York seeing the sights. It all looked so easy on the map - avenues run north/south and streets run east/west. It takes one minute to walk a street block and about five minutes to walk an avenue block.

Trouble is there's so much to see and do. We went to the top of the Rockefeller building and had this amazing view above from the 67th floor - right over to Central Park and beyond. We went to the Museum of Modern Art, Times Square and a few other famous landmarks.

Maybe tomorrow we'll suss out the subway. That could help with saving a bit of shoe leather ...............!
