Campus on fire!!

Okay, not literally. I meant SPIRITUAL fire to the MAX.

This whole week will be an event hosted on UIC campus called All Campus Worship (ACW) and today was the second day. Coffeehouse was the name of today, as it's a variety show.

It was such a blessing.


All the performances, whether it was music or spoken words, personally I felt like I was being spoken to through all.




Today I cried.
Sarah held me.





I'm broken, a sinner, and imperfect. But from today at ACW and from Sarah, I learned that I'm for SURE

not alone.


It won't be easy to let this all soak in completely, but I'll be for sure, fighting as I take one step after one step towards the truth. And the truth is Jesus.


NO one is alone. It's these voices that tells us we are, and that blinds us to the real love and care from people all around us.

And those who are the ones surrounding those people, reach out. Love them. Hold them.



Because that's what Jesus did, does, and will continue to do.
