Dunnock eating a seed

I went into the garden to take a photo of Phoebe hiding behind a bush and this chappie flew into the tree next to me and stated feeding. He doesn't seem to be as shy as the other birds and let me get a bit closer than I usually can.

The story of the cat is long and painful. I accidental trod on one of her feet this morning (or more accurately she ran under my feet). She was very jumpy after that and kept hiding under the piano. I went to see of she was OK and managed to stand on a shard of glass. I thought it was a cat biscuit so didn't realise I was leaving spots of blood where I walked until I was in the shower and saw blood everywhere.

Anyway, it turns out she is fine, I have got the glass out of my foot and its stopped bleeding and all is well. If you follow the link above you will see that she really isn't very good at hiding though.
