Flame Haired Divas

Strayed across a performance then photo shoot during lunch hour on a trip to London today.

3 flame-haired Divas from the show 'The Advientures of Priscilla Queen of the Desert' were putting on a cameo performance and dressed for a 'wow' effect at the new shopping centre near St Pauls Cathedral (1 New Change). It certainly had the attention of lunchtime visitors (males as well as females!).

I was lucky enough to stray across some photos being taken when they were going up and down in one of the glass lifts. It was pouring rain outside as you will see from the raindrops on the glass lift. Speaking to one of the event organisers he quite rightly didn't want their costumes to be ruined in the rain.

A colourful event for a rainy day. It certainly brightened my day.

Now then ladies, wonder if this style of dress and hairdo will be making its way on to the High Streets of our towns and cities?
