Bargain!

I've been too long winded the last couple of days so try to keep it short today, partly because I am going out to dinner very soon and partly because its Friday and I can't be waffling on a Friday.

Okay, here goes....

This is a building in an Industrial estate I passed today. Don't think anyone will be rushing to occupy it soon, despite the reduced rent.
