Remind me why I chose this house...

It was the magnolia that persuaded me, and two years on, I still feel that my instinct was right.

It was Mothers' Day and, although I am not a mother, I had a lovely family day. My sister and her husband, with their two great daughters, plus my brother, came over for lunch....and the house and garden (and the magnolia) played their part.
