Cover Art

Today I helped a pal make cover art for an upcoming project release. This is the background art without the text. We shot and did the edit in a couple of hours.

Caution Tech Stuff:

We shot some 30 images and settled on a couple near the end of the shoot. After some mild clean up I added some length to the fingernails. From there I created a black and white layer above the color one. Painting on the mask of the B&W layer I released the the color of the nails. After adding the text which is not here I painted in a vignette. Time will tell what changes will need to be made. Enjoy...
