13 hours after arriving in the UK we've finally got to the final destination - Turin, Italy.

The plane flew over the Alps and Mont Blanc... absolutely beautiful. Took some stunning photos on my phone but unfortunately the phone-computer cable is in HK so for today, it'd have to be a view of the street where Roberto's parents live.

The country is celebrating its 150 years of reunification until November. Most of the events take place in Turin, the first capital city of Italy. Many people are hanging the national flag at their balconies, and it feels kind of united despite the many difficult situations that it's in.

In the evening we visited one of Roberto's aunts and her family to give out our wedding invitations. She served us some INCREDIBLE tiramisu. My goodness, it was one of the best things that I've ever tasted. Let's see if I can pick up some of these cooking skills. If not, at least the recipes :)
