Moscow Mule

A fairly weak blip this evening as I have not really had much time for blippage (and if I'm honest I was a bit stuck for inspiration).

After a busy day we like nothing better than to relax with a large Moscow mule. A simple to make refreshing beverage which I feel I must share.

A few lumps of ice (4 or 5) in a glass with a slice of lime and a very large measure of vodka, stick a couple of good squirts of lime juice in (proper juice not cordial) and then top up with Ginger Beer (DG is good, or waitrose, anything cloudy with a bit of bite). ahhhhh splendid.
