Bumblings of a bee

By Beesarefine

Oh dear...

.... I think I put the blackcurrant bush outside too soon : - (

On the other hand, the paved area of the garden catches the wind, and the instructions say the bush needs to be protected from wind. (It looked like this when I put it out at the end of February.

The gooseberry bush is doing really well in the utility room and I won't risk putting it out til the weather improves, but it too wants to be protected from wind - maybe I'm not meant to grow soft fruit. **sigh**

My destiny seems to lie in herbs, the thyme (common, silver and golden), chives and mint are all doing well. The rosemary I planted in the front garden border is also doing well and starting to flower.
