Froot!
Health kick. I do this sometimes. I had realised over Christmas and new year that my health was at a looooooow. I was drinking too much, I was eating badly, sleeping badly, everything was suffering. So at the beginning of the week I decided enough was enough. Health kick. Less coffee. No alcohol, lots of water, back to my daily exercise. you know how it goes. And I'm back. I feel so much better. Thank God. So, fruit. Which I have to get through. :-) so.... Boring blip... Sorry. Nowt much happened today.
