Rodents rule

Back in the big smoke

The sleeper train rolled into London on time. The weather is unbelievable. I sat in the park with my work colleagues at lunchtime and there wasn't a spare bit of grass to be had. Work folk were out in their shorts and summer dresses and were making the most of the 23-degree heat. It was lovely.

The pets were pleased to see me home. All three guinea pigs had grazed their piece of lawn to a millimetre of its roots so I moved them to a new patch. They were straight out to do their worst to the new patch.
