The open wardrobe

Today at a theological conference at Wheaton, I took a peak at the wardrobe that inspired C.S. Lewis in his book The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. It is weird when a figure of your imagination stands full-fledged in front of you. I almost could not with hold myself to jump between the fur coats and discover the wintery wonderland, particularly to meet the beavers. ;) I was transported to a different world today. I escaped.
