spiders everywhere

taking a walk through a semi-tropical forest this morning, we were surrounded by spiders. we were oh so often ducking down on the trail to avoid the spider webs sprawled across the trail just about at face level for most of us. thankfully there was only one web to the face incident (it wasn't me!) and it did not result in the owner of the web also on the face!

the other wonderful part of the hike was the abundance of howler monkeys swinging in the trees above us!
