Edinburgh in Spring

On a short trip to Edinburgh today we found ourselves on Calton Hill to take in the super views of the city from there. This is HDR'd.

We definately had a break with the weather. It was pouring rain when we caught the train in Stirling - a fine day for the time we were in Edinburgh - and we arrived back just as a heavy shower was passing over. And the one shower of rain whilst we were in Edinburgh co-incided with our having a very nice pub lunch. Good timing today!
