Jack's back

Another gorgeous 'not a cloud in the sky' day but the wind was on the chilly side. In the morning we took the kids to the beach to collect shells that have washed onto the shore. They were not too keen at first but really enjoyed it and we came home with buckets of objects (including an anchor).
After lunch I drove to Bangor to pick up my son and his friend. They had both travelled up from London on their own. Here he is getting off the train.
I've not seen him for 10 days and he has had a superb time on his Spanish exchange.
Again, I had a houseful of kids (I counted eight) so I kicked them all out and they went to the school's playing fields around the corner to play rounders. They were out for hours.
