Day 4

Weather too wet with high winds making cliff path too dangerous today. Instead we have rested and visited Padstow including Rick Steins fish and chips. I spotted several of these birds by the quay...I am more used to see them on the mudflats....a turnstone I believe but stand to be corrected!
