The Happy Haus

This amazing house is in Braunschweig, which we visited today. I instantly called it a Dolly Mixture house, and I really liked it. It was designed by James Rizzi, and is known as the Rizzi Happy Haus.

90% of Braunschweig was destroyed by bombing during the war, and any ancient buildings which have survived have been restored and protected. The Rizzi house is right beside some of the 16th. Century houses, and so is quite controversial.

But I defy anyone not to smile when they see it.
