Wild Garlic Pesto

A wild foodie blip today. This is a prime time of year for wild spring greens - nettles, hedge garlic, wood sorrel etc, and my favourite - wild garlic or ramsons. Soft, glossy aromatic leaves, perfect for wild garlic pesto, or to zing up salads or cream cheese. I really like the while flowers which will follow soon.
