Direction

Finally, life has some direction.

In a very busy day, I found a house to rent and signed the lease, handing over countless cheques in the process, and signed the kids up for their new school. Tomorrow we fly back to Scotland to rejoin Mr B, and begin packing for a farewell tour of friends and relatives and a drive through France that will see us starting our new life at the start of May.

Phew.

I would like to say that this shot was a premeditated link to my new-found sense of direction in life. But in fact the only photos I took were as an aide memoire to my rubbish sense of direction in travel. I'm hoping that these, and the copious notes, will help me find my way back down the maze of narrow country roads to our rented house in a few weeks.
