Broadstairs Beach

After 2 days of long walks, we decided to have more of a lazy mooch around Broadstairs before heading back to London.

The sunshine was glorious :o)

We had a quick look around Bleak House before having a relaxing read overlooking the sea. Mooched around the town & popped into the local shops (inc the wool shop) before having lunch & sorting out the house for our departure.

We popped into Whitstable for a quick look round before coming back to the big smoke.

Nice to have a fish pie ready & waiting for tea (cheers Ginge!) then crashed out for an 11 hour sleep - practically unheard of for me! Sea air comes highly recommended for any insomniac!
