Hanging Vine

Our new complex has a wide variety of plants that constantly inspire me to shoot photographs. I was stuck by the color juxtaposition of this vine and wall across the pool from our patio. I waited until the light was right and then experimented with a number of different compositions. Even though I worked hard to get good horizontal, I liked the interplay of light and color in this vertical shot best. Sometimes you have to take what is presented.
