A secret place

I went in search of a blip in the village today. We decided to go down an unexplored path and one that looks little used. It was fabulous, the terrain isn't easy hence little signs of human visiting much, but it was full of wildlife. We saw deer tracks, butterflies, lizards. There are waterfalls galore too so I guess I'll be coming here quite a lot. I can't believe it's just 10 mins from the house! Next time I'll be wearing my wellies, there are streams to cross and it's very boggy in parts, I ended up with wet feet.

I caught Mountain Travels going through this natural archway and decided that this would be today's blip. In all honesty I missed the wildlife. My camera was safely tucked in it's bag for much of the time for fear of stumbling and damaging it. I'll be better prepared next time.
