The Hammils
After all the rain we've had this week I thought I would blip this waterfall called the Hammils. It is formed by a line of volcanic rock and has been a feature of the White Cart river in Paisley for centuries. The Clark's thread mills were built here on either side of the river and were powered by the waterfall. In the background is the Anchor mill which was saved from demolition and has been converted into flats.
It was really good to get outside to blip today.
