spider's web

Cameron on the spider's web climbing thing at the park earlier.

Swimming with the boys, the park and a 12 mile cycle this eve (the triathlon route in 10 mins less than I thought was realistic) so a good day.

Have done two more holiday back blips the boys at Malham cove and an unusual eagle. It takes ages to do so I'll probably do the last 2 tomorrow.
