Lazy afternoon

It was too hot to do much gardening this afternoon so I settled in the reclining chair and read. An hour later I woke up with a start having drifted off to sleep! Luckily I was in the shade of the crab apple tree otherwise the sun would have baked me to a frazzle.

The vet came this afternoon to de-horn some cattle.
