Amsterdam #2...Or

...how to have a better idea of how to navigate a city and find some of the nicer, more positive, refreshing aspects. Like the home of Anne Frank.

The visit to the museum/home was not a disappointment dispite the general horrific nature of her families ordeal being somewhat dilluted as I was quickly ushered around - part of some fast moving human caterpilla.

The walk after saw me locate some nice canals for day drinks and whatever is available here!! Both Abraxus and Grasshopper lived up to expectation and offered comfortable surroundings and relaxing music. It was during my early evening visit to Abraxus that I realised I was decidedly less on edge in this section of town, than I was last night.

In Other News
Here we have the Royal Palaces and a Green Peace demonstration. I missed the gist of the demonstration as it was in Dutch and I was in the middle of some of my own green peace.
