The secret place.....again

I went armed with two cameras this time: my Lumix with a zoom lens attached, and my old fujifilm camera. My Lumix didn't make it out of the bag, but I almost wish it had. I'm not sure I would have taken any better photos, but for ease of use my Lumix is so superior to my old trusted friend.

Mountain Travels seen in this shot had a rope and harness in his bag. We had seen a great waterfall down a ravine and he decided he would go down on a rope to capture it. He did a great job, it would have looked superb with a long exposure, but the water was too deep to set up a tripod. Needless to say I was on hand to throw ropes etc, so I couldn't venture far. I think the wildlife must have known as all the creatures seemed to converge on the other side of the fence to taunt me whilst I couldn't move. Still I got a couple of half decent shots.
