Easedale Tarn

The start of a few days off today, and what a start! I set the alarm for 6am in order to head off with Chippy to Grasmere. We, and many coachloads of others headed up to Easedale Tarn. It was quite a steep walk, I don't think I'd like to push myself harder than I did today, but it was great!

One thing I never expected was that I would take off my boots and socks and paddle in the cold water!

I wonder where we will end up tomorrow.
