The Man with the Birds...

This scene reminded me of a song. Can anyone guess the artist and song title that I've adapted for this?

I scoped my my subject as I was walking into work today. Saw the bag of breadcrumbs cluthed in his hand and figured the pigeons above were the intended recipient.

More surprisingly, I think the pigeons spotted the man before I did as I was first alerted to his presence by their swooping down at the Edinburgh junction. I guess he regularly does this and these pigeons now recognize him by sight as he wasn't standing throwing out the bread, but was walking towards his destination when they first started swarming down.
