Nesting

The dove has decided to build a little nest in the tree in our garden, don't think she's laid any eggs yet as she keeps going off the nest then coming back, but obviously we're not going to disturb it to check! Think we've also got a blue tit using the nesting box, will be keeping an eye on it.

Lots of birds in the garden today, lovely to see and hear! Could do without the jackdaws that keep chucking bits down the chimney though. Our next door neighbours are having the same problem, with our shared chimney. Apparently they got someone to go up there and put a wire mesh in to stop them but the jackdaws just pulled it straight out!

We've been sitting out on the patio all day, gorgeous weather. BBQ weather in fact! We've got family over so lots of food was eaten and Pimms, vodka & beer drunk. Happy days ;o)
