Variation on a Theme

Coffee features large on my journal, but this is a variation. The two girls serving in my nearest branch are fascinated by the idea of blipfoto and wanted to see the blips I have retained on the camera. What would I do for today's blip, they asked. So I said that the machine might be interesting. I might make it a black & white shot. They thought that was cool.

This is my first black & white with the digi. I used to carry a spare SLR loaded with b&w film when I was visiting a city like Paris or Barcelona, for architecture shots, but I'd forgotten how different everything looks by simply eradicating the colour.
