Along the bank of the river Lek

Again a beautiful day this, as we call it, first Easter day. This day happens to be the day with the highest temperature on April the 24th ever measured. A record established!

The 20" wheels of the Bike Friday rolled along the right bank of the river Lek.
Suddenly there it was: a lovely and so typical Dutch view on a village along the river, called Lekkerkerk.

I took the picture with yellow Rape flowers (also known as Canadian turnip) on the foreground. Hope you like my 'Easter image' :)
