Birthday Boy

My mate Ross turned 40 today so we popped over for beer and snacks. The cake was the best part of the day for me. Trix made a dinosaur dig cake. Basically a mud cake, with dinosaur bone shape white chocolate on top, all covered with ground up Oreos. The Oreos were the 'dirt' which the kids brushed to reveal a chocolate 'dinosaur skeleton'.

It was cool.

I wonder if I can make a Land Rover one...
