before my time

only as a young child did i ever listen to cassette tapes. at this point they seem to be entirely out-moded. the question is if that is what we say now about cassettes what will they be saying two decades from now about mp3's...

oh, and as long as there are audiophiles there will always be vinyls.
and no, i am not ignoring cd's, easy as it may be with the small role they play in our increasingly digital world.

one last question: anyone ever/still use these?
