a harry potter timepiece

a world-wide craze indeed. whatever your opinion of it, the international influence is undeniable. i myself am a subscriber to it all, having been to every midnight release since the 3rd book, dressed as Harry on a number of occasions, and waited hours in line for the signature of J.K. herself. here is an accessory i acquired as a 8 year old. what you can't see is the big H crest on the flip up cover, quite fancy. the watch got me a few odd looks, for sure, but i, to this day, know someone who remembers the watch, had wanted it desperately back then, and still asks if i have it. i will never give it to him. it has been more then a few years since i have worn it but i just might get the battery replaced. oh yeah, dorky for sure. but it's not like i don't get that every day anyway; it matters not to me. :-P
