Study in black and white #1

Lunch out in the garden, lovely sunshine, nice and warm in the suntrap. The flies had made this chair their home, probably also enjoying the sunshine.

Forgot my camera at work so that's a backblip.

Back at Pilates again, much tougher now but great to see that my muscles can respond and I can feel the improvement.
