Mischief AKA Just as if it were yesterday.

Met up with my best friend from school today. Me and Karen haven't seen each other since 1987 and have only recently been in touch the past few years thanks to FaceBook

It was so lovely to see her, she is so nice and has barely changed.

We went for lunch and then had a meander through the shops, not with the intention of buying ,but on a mission to see how many items of royal wedding " memorabilia " we could find ( For memorabilia read something that will sit in the top of a wardrobe unused until Armageddon ). Sadly there were no ash trays or toilet roll holders but there were these cushions / pillows. Hmmm let me lay down to sleep on Kate Middleton ! Surely no one would buy one ! Lottie , with no encouragement knew that these were a
" special " find ! She and Karen got into mischief pose with no prompting and it was just like watching my 15 year old self mess around with Karen.

A great day, I would have posted a shot from the lovely walk we went on afterwards but true to form, the iPhone battery died the minute a picturesque opportunity came along !

Off camping tommorow for our alternative wedding celebrations. Have been making a red , white and blue cake to take. Enjoy the day those of you who are royalists . For the record I am not but I am liking the fact that the country is united in buying items such as this !
