The plants in the front garden looked spectacular too. I have not shown the grass, which needed a good cut!

Day 0 of our holiday:
After work on the Friday (getting away a bit early) we finished packing and caught the 5.30pm train to London. My schoolfriend H kindly offered us a room for the night before our flight from Heathrow on the Saturday evening. She lives a short taxi ride from King's Cross stations and 5 minutes walk from Covent Garden underground so it was very convenient. On walking through King's Cross station at about 10pm to the taxi rank we were passed by a rat gong the other way!
